• Bruesewitz Chiropractic and Rehab located in Burlington WI. \nWe are located in Burlington directly across the street from PIzza Hut.\n\nSuccessfully treating Herniated, Bulging and Ruptured discs with Spinal Disc Decompression, Laser Therapy and Rehab.\n\nWe are not “In-Networkâ€� with any insurance companies. We are a cash-based clinic with cash-based fees. Our fees are typically half that of insurance clinics. However, we will provide you with an itemized statement that will make it very easy for you to submit your bill to your insurance company so that they may re-imburse you for your treatment. You pay us a reduced rate...and you still have the option of using your insurance to reimburse you. We will gladly help you with that!
